All proprietary software environments, algorithms, and logical architectures displayed on this domain (including but not limited to the Casino Tools Ecosystem and Rough Gem Engine) are the exclusive intellectual property of SH Vertex Technologies.
Our infrastructure deployments are provided with maximum technical rigor. However, the rapidly evolving nature of global cybersecurity threats means SH Vertex Technologies cannot guarantee absolute immunity from zero-day exploits. Liability is strictly limited to the parameters defined in active corporate contracts.
These terms are governed by standard international commercial law principles unless specifically superseded by a localized corporate contract.
